Dosage and directions for use
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Always read the label. Use strictly as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

  • Men who are middle-aged, elderly, or malnourished and predominantly eating supermarket quality or packaged/frozen/take-away foods (fresh organic produce naturally contains the bulk of these nutrients).
  • Men suffering from exhaustion. Men’s Multi contains a high dose of withania/ashwagandha, an adrenal tonic herb and B-complex, for energy production.
  • Men suffering from adrenal fatigue, which may cause testosterone depletion and suppress libido. Testosterone levels may be restored with tonic herbs like withania, as well as zinc and vitamin D. Selenium and zinc may assist in maintaining male reproductive health.
  • Men planning to conceive and are considering supplementation for at least 3 months prior to improve diet, health and fitness. Selenium, zinc, and withania-adaptogenic herb may to help improve sperm quality and aid in the maintenance of healthy testosterone.
  • Men with a demanding work life, e.g. pilots/flight attendants, nurses, shift workers, manual workers, executives.
